"Trinity" was recently formed by Keystone to concentrate on the drilling and development of the Barnett Shale
formation in the eastern frontier of this expanding play. Keystone and
its affiliates are the majority owners of Trinity, and Keystone will
control all drilling and production activities. Trinity has secured a
significant leasehold position and a number of strategic drill sites in
this prospective area, and we are actively adding to Trinity's acreage
position.
